Holidaze time

Wasn't too dazed this year, other than others' expectations. 2016 *WGT (and full xmas moon) here I come

  Thinking about KISS (keepin it simply simple) - 1) logging food &2) exercise, 3) maybe up to an hour of inspiration a day (integrating spirit w matter gets me going the best). *Warrior Goddess Training (not nec. the book, but maybe) here I come. To start: tomorrow: a) gifts again, b) walk, c) basement sorting, in prep for more holidaze (biggest bang was midday today); d) also more veg, more protein than in last 3 days, e) plus synthroid & floss....
