Day 3 (-2): Blogging 100 days Challenge: Food Plan for rest of dinners this week
Dinner planning for the (shorter) week, at this point; lots of potatoes because they need to be used up, and are super popular with the fam; also I don't always eat the meat protein (I'm just not a fan, & sometimes sub out for me with veg protein, but the fam are definitely carni, & set-in-their-ways about it; lastly, I'm feeling like I am gonna push the fam on eating more international foods, which is my specialty when I lived alone or with ex's; also, most nights we have a BIG salad (I eat a lot of it) of lettuce, sometimes tomatoes, cucumbers, other veg:
