I'm doing the 5% summer challenge, so my health goals* are being tracked there, but I have some OTHER stuff I want to also accomplish in a systematic way this month: My July health goals: FITNESS: -*CARDIO=lots, as much as I can, **min. 20 minutes daily** but mostly shooting for at least 2 hours (including walking, gardening, cleaning); -abs & push-ups: 5 min daily -Yoga 5 days a week, @least...may include in cardio -Pilates/Tai Chi 5 days a week, @least...may include in cardio -Weights: 2-3 days a week, @least...may include in cardio Track FOOD & 8/9 h2o's My target is to lose 8 pounds, starting from July 4-Aug 1; I’ll also take measurements to track progress.
