Blog25/100(-18): July Goals & Targets
I'm doing the 5% summer challenge, so my health goals* are being tracked there, but I have some OTHER stuff I want to also accomplish in a systematic way this month:
My July health goals:
FITNESS:
-*CARDIO=lots, as much as I can, **min. 20 minutes daily** but mostly shooting for at least 2 hours (including walking, gardening, cleaning);
-abs & push-ups: 5 min daily
-Yoga 5 days a week, @least...may include in cardio
-Pilates/Tai Chi 5 days a week, @least...may include in cardio
-Weights: 2-3 days a week, @least...may include in cardio
Track FOOD & 8/9 h2o's
My target is to lose 8 pounds, starting from July 4-Aug 1; I’ll also take measurements to track progress.
My July non-health goals:
1) Writing daily (morning pages, blogs, nano)
2) Setting up/Cleaning, daily, my basement arts & crafting space, and clearing barre space, (it's a big job)
3) Daily coding (free code camp) lessons, at least 7/week; currently done: Basic HTML&5, CSS, Appl.VizDesign (but will start w/review of these, cuz it's been a while); to get done (for 1st cert.): Appl. Access., Resp. Design Princ., CSS Flexbox, CSS Grid, & Projects
4) Another computer one: to keep my tabs under 13...it causes a lot of probs, & I'm often (almost always, actually) in the hundreds; spark is a big problem because of the article links on the side of the articles
5) Daily gardening (maybe just watering, may be other tasks)
