Day 3 of new year: so far so good....
Sister from Canada was visiting, and she's always inspirational (has lost over 50 pounds) and is also very nice and kind. Went to visit other sister yesterday, seeing cutie-pie 6 year old niece; that sister is joining her local Y; I might do that.
Feeling pretty good and happening: last night, when I realized I hadn't done any cardio (cuz of long car rides, etc) I jumped up and did my 20 min at 1:20 AM (I'm a night owl). Unfortunately inet went down last night so couldn't log it nor food until today, even tho I am live in EST but use Hawaii time zone (for tracking purposes).
Today I did very well with food choices: had 400 calories for treats available at end of day! while meeting all my nutritional goals. Also, have shifted h20 (teas mostly in this cold) to earlier in day. Just gotta do a couple more things tonight-mtg, code, pts.
