week 2-summer5%Cas: Down 2.0 pounds: Blog36/100(-23)
Down 2 pounds for weigh-in today for week 2 Summer5%Challenge; so far down 5.4 in challenge; down 32.8 for 2020; lost 11.9 in summer2019, but then got Achilles heel injury (& went off plan)
Am on 'casual travelers' team 5% team, which fits my operating mode (many who are on it are maintainers, or close to it, though there are a couple of other heavyweights too). It's keeping me focused but the fact I can be casual about all except weigh-in day keeps me from self-sabotaging because of imprecise perfection (sometimes I get wrapped up in the little actions, especially if there is guilt in not doing them perfectly, that I lose focus). The 5%challenge is 8 weeks long, so it's a quarter done. Time to redouble efforts to focus on being successful, considering that my thyroid often gets in the way.
