CONS
- not enough rhythm to daily routine, partly cuz Rx issues (lost downstairs on bed?)
- holidaze,
- also omicronCovidspread limits outside contact;
- lotsa planning,
- also lower energy cuz newYr+new Moon?, PLUS ukieXmasEve, NYrDay, and insurrection coverage;
- PLUS...TV...& insurrection
- & did no basement (also mom hand-washed; plus stinky)
- Didn't do accountability on reddit
PROS
- Started year off early="+" (Dec start; Dec accountability@reddit til xmasEve)
- Less arguing than normal w/ mom, cuz dishes, & cooked
- Pretty much even for the week on 1670...2 aqua vs. 3 red (2 green)
- Took care of driveway in fairly timely manner; survived
- Went outside every day
- Started better dental care
- Had better attitude (which was somewhat defeated once I saw results of holidaze)
- Gearing up to start adding weights (sore arms week 2 in a good way)
FOR ME:
- Take my measurements
- Take "before" selfies
