December GOALS and Action PLANS
Goal: Co-incident with 5% Winter Challenge: 5% loss o' self (w/ 5% gain in self-determination?)

MOVE: Try for twice a day, to really kick-start things (and to make myself far more productive in the AM, lol), as available,

```````but *definitely* at least 30 min aerobics, 15 min strength x5 days/week; trying to go outside, even in the cold, at least 3 x per week;
Ideas to try: skating, skiing, of course shoveling snow, walking, running on track? spinning, video workouts (dvd, online, tv on demand) dancing @ home and going out, heavy cleaning of sis' place
FUEL: ~1300 cal/day +/-... generally: clean protein, maybe even twice a day & veg to support working out, filled out with whole grain carbs and fruit
Ideas to try: more soups-daily, more protein for breakfast, along with oatmeal; lower-fat cheeses; cottage cheese or yogurt daily; limit eggs to 10/week; maybe get some protein powder?; make several dressings on T-days; feature baked potato, cottage cheese, yogurt, of course legumes: more lentils, especially, and chickpeas; 'bean of the day'?, plan for holiday alcohol so calories those days don't top 1600?
Other commitments: all my blogs, daily, including JOBS, pc, viz, grnTh, reCrft, spark & spirit; rx tth z, more music, w3sch, art/moon
Food EMERGENCIES: Winter spice teas, meringues, a piece of fruit, a slice of bread, popcorn, 13 min of exercise
    Great plan, and as I've heard in OA, If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. I need to keep remembering that. You're doing great!
    I love the "ideas to try sections" of your goals. There is a lot of thought and planning and creativity. There is also room to breathe and experiment a bit. Flexibility like that rocks!
    Go go girl!
    Great plan! Just take it one day at a time and you CAN make finishing your forte. emoticon emoticon emoticon
    Should've included something about sleep too...I'm not that good at being consistent nor at getting enough (part of my thyroid challenge) ...so 5 days of at least 5 hours
    Amazing! Your goals are so detailed! Way to go. I cannot imagine that you won't be successful with such a great plan.
