Blogday 18(-7)_100days: Down 10%; Next 5% moves

  Made a hand-written plan yesterday, but didn't get chance to type it here, and not doing that now (may do another post tonight) Just wanted to acknowledge that I just realized, depending on how/when I calculate the beginning...I'm either at or coming up on 10% down. Yay. Gonna do next 5% on Summer 5% Challenge team (is still in sign-ing up members stage, so check it out on my teams!). I'm doing 'Casual Travelers', because it stresses me out to HAVE to post daily, even though I often do, esp. when scale doesn't move. We're supposed to have an exercise plan, 20 minutes minimum in 2020: *I do cardio: either low-impact aerobics, spinning, walking, gardening, &/cleaning daily, enough to engage aerobic benefits, for 20 minutes. Laying Low - shoulder has been a bit out of commission

  Apparently, I must have done something while I was sleeping, or maybe aging and jumping back right in too quickly, possibly over-doing it (no, not me!)...but my L shoulder was quite sore and my range of motion limited for the last couple of days. Actually, I found a 'rotator cuff' exercise that seemed to help. So I have been doing minimal exercise - just 10 min the other day; 15 min low impact plus 15 min strenuous housework today (I figure that counts-if I break a sweat, that's the point of exercise, right? So if it happens to be while I am doing something useful, it counts). Anyway, prepping for the big 5% challenge continues. Will be blogging daily this week. Have been retraining in nutrition and optimal eating strategies. Realizing I eat way too little protein, so working on that. Day 1, again: Blogging 100 days Challenge; New Moon (Gemini)

  So my last blogging challenge was interrupted by Covid, as I was an early Covid prepper (& irritated with those here who were in active and vocal denial, though I've gotten over that anger, which was my own maladaptive and non-compassionate response). I've been back, off and on, and off, but have mostly been engaged with and following my Spark plan, though I haven't always logged my food and my movement, lately. So I'm restarting this blogging challenge, with the New Moon, (Friday@1:39 EDT in loquacious Gemini.
