10k Baby Steps
Surprised this AM when I looked and notice my first 10k steps in a while, maybe in 2017? (Wasn't tracking for (mostly sessile) early-mid part of 20117. Read a sparkticle (ha: spark article) that said to break it up. So did more steps every hour for first 5 hours, then did aerobic hour work out. Shorter workout today.Goal tomorrow-at least 40 min. Increasing bit by bit works as well. When I began running 30 years ago, it was 30 seconds running 4:45 walking. My running interval increased by 15 seconds each week. Baby steps?
