New Year Supermoon Resolutions

 Hi everyone, I'm back again. Determined as ever, motivated and inspired by the start of a . emoticon emoticon emoticon New Year, the emoticon Supermoon, family issues, emoticon blue wave 2017 precursor successes, family faith and foibles, and various other factors. emoticon


My plan, so far, is 3fold: track daily emoticon , 20 minutes exercise minimum emoticon , and 90in90 per OA emoticon . Just finished my first meeting, and it was 2 hours; shoveled snow, & had a meatless Monday, so squeaked by on my daily intake. Also hard to do the 8 waters, when I wasn't doing any! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Spark can be time-consuming but you can also just track food, fitness and one other thing and you will be good. It is only us over-achievers that want to get all the points we can during a day so we comment, we write, we read, we watch and do, and we use the bonus points. emoticon Good luck in the new year!

    SparkPoints are time consuming. I don't sleep more than 5 hrs., so when I am drinking coffee is when I work on that. Positive messages on here get me moving. Happy New Year!

h I'm about to do. Need to work on sleep emoticon . Sparkpeople's points thing is time consuming, but going for completion today, just cuz it's beginning of new year. Will also add some goals here and there, maybe monthly.
