SMART goal for 2019=Lose 100 pounds this year; 10 pounds in January
Small & specific (1 pound =Jan 5; 2 lbs=1-12-19; 2 lbs=1-19-19; 2 lbs=1-26-19; 1 lb=1-31-19)
Measurable (I will exercise 10 min a day daily, at least 30 & up to 2 hours at least 4x/week)
Actionable, Achievable/Attainable: Weigh weekly, on Saturdays; Daily exercise & log food
Relevant, Reasonable: (1-2 pounds per week; yet ideal weight in 2 years; =little & big)
Timely, Time-based: (Giving self best present, Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, (daily food, exercise)
Other specific: Who's on support team (Oksana @ least weekly), oa, fam
Other measureables: fitness min count; daily calorie graph; h2o graph; spark points
Also attainable: baby steps, consistent, prioritization
