 No justice.


That video of the cop sitting with his knee on his neck, choking someone, is sickening. I could only watch it fully once. It's literally sickening; as someone pointed out, George Floyd literally narrated his own death.

Also, just watched CNN reporter, Omar Jiminez, and his team, getting arrested on live TV, for literally nothing. As Bakari Sellars pointed out, they aren't arresting the white reporter's team a block away

    From Canada... my sympathy to the family and friends of George Floyd and to all those whose property was damaged in the riots last night. I believe in protest, but not in rioting. Hoping for justice and for the return of common sense and justice, not only to Minneapolis but to the U.S. Like many of you, I am hoping for a change in November.

    So disgusting and horrible! George Floyd called out for his mother while being murdered by someone sworn to protect us.

    It’s all a direct result from the vile and corrupt administration we are living under.

    May justice be served to the murdering officer. Praying for a change in November. We desperately need it.

    I don’t agree with the destruction but I do agree with the anger, hurt, outrage. This has been too many lives, too many incidents and too much injustice for too long. The officers should have been arrested and in jail waiting sentencing. Once a murder is murder they are no longer the law or above the law. Justice!

    Same on watching that cop murder George. Same on seeing the arrest of Omar and not the white reporters. I have to hope that this will bring about real change. I have so many more feelings and words, but none of them are appropriate for spark people.

  A team I'm on posted the q: "How have you been getting groceries". I started to answer, but once I got into it, and got personal, I opted to not post my very long answer to clog the thread, so I'm posting here. Most of the team did some form of online ordering. 30 days hath...November....so it's time to write out my: D e c e m b e r 2021 SMART -er Goals Plan Tomorrow is Wed., Dec. 1, day 1 of a new month (+ a new moonth cycle begins Sat. Dec. 4: New Moon in Sag...more on that in another blog post) When thinking about my goals recently, I had several things I noted that I wanted to include in my goals list, though key was weight loss, after being shocked at the Dr.'s office last week (the rest are the 7 self-improvement goals at the bottom):     -KEY goal: weight loss,⚖😏🙆🙈🙉🙊😻 of course (ideal would be 10 pounds down, then 100 in 2022, then the rest in 2023). Unfortunately,😢😭😿 I won't be able to hit my original goal of 200 down by doing 10 pounds a month by my 60th in early Feb., 2023, but that's okay,😨😢😟, I guess,😧😦😣😬 or so I am trying to tell myself👽👸😝😱😳👅...it would have been great to do so😔😒😑... but I messed that up with my re-gain in this 2nd year of the pandemic (...
