6 Recent NSV's (Non-Scale Victories): Blog40/100(-39)
1) Dips & hollows & stretch marks on tummy.
2) Car seat belt is looser.
3) Am limber but can sit 'tighter' in lotus because tummy takes up less space.


A month ago:
4) Both tris & biceps more defined; also tummy smaller.

2 months ago:
5) Seeing major definition in biceps, not quite 'guns', but getting there....

6) car seat belt...didn't have to go to widest setting as car seat auto-slid forward

7) Can fit some clothes that were either too tight or smaller size
