Better late...Hello September to Remember, week1

 

So...technical difficulties and ran out of steam for a bit recently especially during last weeks of August, and I'm back, at least for now, though may spend more time off spark because of election work?
Have logged food again, which pushes me to log water, etc. and working out.
Going to track workouts on a big calendar, as similar to https://www.sparkpeople.com/my

My Spark goals:
emoticon 1) Tracking food
emoticon 2) Hydration
emoticon 3) Low-impact cardio daily at least 10 min, but 3-5 days longer sessions, up to 2 hours
emoticon 4) 2-3 days per week weights
emoticon 5) 2-3 days per week spin, usually during the 'A-Block' of Rachel Maddow's show
emoticon 6) Back to working on my push-ups challenge
emoticon 7) Walks at least 2-3 days per week; need to remember NOT to overdue it...took me a year to heal from 2019 summer achilles injury after one especially long session
emoticon 8) Daily projects-home
emoticon 9) Daily projects-PC
emoticon 10) Daily projects-garden
The thing that will make *this* a September to remember is working my plan & seeing the results. One of this weekend's projects is to come up with an updated list of rewards

    I’d love to see your big calendar project! I’m still filling mine up every day and it is one of the best visual projects I have done. It helps so much.
